World Sikh Council - America Region

MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS:

Organizational Membership Criterion: Gurdwaras (registered or unregistered) which are managed by Sikh Sangat (congregation), follow the Sikh Rehit Maryada and are located in the America Region are eligible to be members of WSC-AR. Thus, gurdwaras and institutions owned/controlled/managed by an individual or members of one family or other exclusive group or those that do not accept the Sikh Rehit Maryada are not eligible for membership. In addition, registered/incorporated/notified Sikh institutions/trusts/societies/ associations and other bodies exclusively engaged in the promotion of Sikh educational, religious, socio-cultural, or historical interests are also eligible for membership. No organization that does not accept and follow the Panth Parvanit Sikh Rehit Maryada shall be eligible to be a member organization.
